Apple

A variety of brand concepts for a proposed Talent Management program for Apple Employees.

*All design work is proof of concept, and none of the work shown is reflecting of actual changes at Apple.*

The work shows a variety of approaches to talent management.

The first concept, all about conversations. A single conversation can change everything. More conversations give more transparency to employers, and offers employees more opportunity to have meaningful conversations with their manager. The entire brand is revolving around the iconic speech bubble, which shows up in a series of different texture and styles. The bubbles are a reflection of the different conversations that employees have, and how each one I unique to the next.

Next, an employee talent show to highlight employees talents in and out of the office. The concept would highlight employee stories and would feature a digital / in person talent show across the company as a way to engage and launch the program to employees.

The last concept shows a more developed program structure, with the myContribution brand acting as an umbrella for the pillars that fall below it. This brand highlights the programs in more detail and give employees more insight to hypothetical changes.
