Pensions management website for The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in London. The site acted as a primary point of access for FCA employees to manage their pensions as well as access to educational resources, calculators, FAQs and a general communication platform for the employer.
The project consisted of a reinvention of current internal brand, custom iconography, wireframe creation, system emails, original user interface design along with user research and data collection to aid in the experience design based on user behaviors and needs. I created a robust style guide for simple site styles as well as individual component structures. I worked closely with the development team to pass off of assets and design, as well as weekly development reviews where I would provide feedback and amends as needed through to the end of the build.
Finally, I designed the launch campaign for the site which included home mailers and personalized emails to all pension members.
The site met all web accessibility standards required for WCAG AA compliance in the UK.
